1. Who we are

Resayil AI by Alphia, operated by Alphia Ventures Sdn Bhd, a company based in Malaysia ("we", "us"), provides an AI assistant that connects to your Shopify store on your instruction and helps you run it from chat. This policy explains exactly what we store and why.

2. What we store (and what we do not)

We deliberately store the MINIMUM needed to operate the assistant:

• Your Shopify Admin API credentials, encrypted at rest.

• Your conversations and commands with the assistant.

• Your saved preferences and brand voice.

• An audit log of actions the assistant performs on your behalf.

We do NOT copy, export, or retain your product catalog, customer database, or order records in bulk. The assistant reads that data live from your store at the moment it is needed and does not keep a standing copy.

3. Why we store it

Credentials are stored so the assistant can act on your store. Conversations, preferences, and the audit log exist so the assistant remembers your instructions across sessions and so actions are traceable. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party models.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain the data above for as long as your account is active. On account closure, or on written request to info@alphia.net, we delete your stored credentials, conversations, preferences, and audit records, subject to any retention we are legally required to keep.

5. Security

Credentials and other secrets are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted and scoped per store. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we apply commercially reasonable safeguards.
