Client Agreement

1. What you are connecting
By connecting your store you grant the assistant access to your Shopify Admin API using the credentials you provide. The specific permissions (scopes) the assistant will use are listed on the connect screen and may include reading and writing products, orders, inventory, customers, themes, files, discounts, fulfillments, metafields, locations, analytics, and translations.
2. You authorize the access
You confirm you are authorized to grant this access for the store you connect, and you authorize the assistant to act on that store on your behalf in response to your instructions.
3. Destructive actions require your approval
Actions that delete or irreversibly change data (for example deleting products, cancelling orders, bulk price or inventory changes) are gated: the assistant will request your explicit confirmation before performing them. You are responsible for the actions you approve.
4. We are not responsible for your store
You acknowledge that the assistant acts on your instructions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphia Ventures Sdn Bhd is not responsible or liable for any change, loss, downtime, or damage to your store, data, inventory, orders, customers, or revenue resulting from your use of the assistant or from actions you instruct or approve. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.
5. Data handling
Our handling of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy: we store only encrypted credentials, your conversations, your preferences, and an action audit log, and we do not retain your catalog, customers, or orders in bulk.
6. Acceptance
Ticking the consent boxes and connecting your store constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy at the version shown.
